Background
The CityLine Properties is a property management company that also offer experiences with their short/long-term rentals. The challenge was to showcase all their services on a single platform. A platform that links to their tenant & owner portals.
Problem
The WERE no set UI guidelines provided by the client. Client wanted modern and minimalist aesthetics with focus on CTA’s. The target audience ranges from New visitors and current tenants and owners.
What I did
The Logo color is used as a primary color as well as the accent color in terms of icons and illustrations. There is a subtle use of dark grays and whites amongst the heavy use of light grey color. I made sure to make use of visuals in place of text. There is a good use of illustrations on two different sections of the website to showcase their services and features.
